How We Met?
My mom's last pup, Dozer (RIP), of 8.5 yrs passed away from bloat/cancer & she really wasn't ready to get another doggie. Someone (she still doesn't know who) sent her an email a few weeks later with my petfinder link. She opened the picture, saw me & HAD to meet me. She found out that I was "pumped & dumped", meaning bred & discarded, that my past owner had tied me to a fence in South Philly w/nothing. I was picked up by ACC & after 72 hrs was set to be euthanized. PAWS in Philly (only no kill shelter) saw me, saved me & got me into foster care w/a great girl named Laurel (Mommy is still friends w/her so I still get to see her & her new pup Bronx). Mommy called the foster home I was in, drove right out to the city from NJ & within 3 minutes said "I want her forever!" 4 days later we were together!
She spoils me rotten, takes such good care of me, loves me so much, & I even love my rescued kitty cat sister, Bianca! Mommy says I have a social calendar that makes humans jealous!!
I am so lucky & happy that she found me <3
