Melian (In Memory of Tiny) How are you doing? I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful day with lots of good food and good company. I wanted to stop by on the day before and wish you a Happy Thanksgiving but the DC was down! ;( __________________________________________________________________________________ And then I wanted to stop by on the day itself but we were too busy stuffing ourselves with stuffing. And then Friday my kitty brother won cotd. And then the weekend we were eating again, and so on…. Every day I told mama I wanted to blog but we didn't get a chance! __________________________________________________________________________________ And yet again we are burning the midnight oil as I finally persuaded mama that enough was enough. I didn't want to wait any longer! How was your celebration? Do you have all your Christmas stuff up yet? __________________________________________________________________________________ Can you believe that December starts tomorrow? This year has flown by. It's pouring rain here which I'm not too happy about. Mama was happy until she had to go out in it and feed the horses. She came back wet, dirty, and frustrated. hehe I did NOT help her. ~Bella-the Husky~ Hi Rhino. Love your if you don't like my Pitbull !!! We haven't gotten around to blogging the last few days so we'll try and fill you in on what's been going on with us. Well first off I have a pic of myself entered in a contest to be in a calendar for therapy pets with about 400 hundred other therapy pets. Not sure when the winners will be announced. We had several fruit trees in our back yard but no fruit on them but the orange tree has a birds nest in it with 2 eggs which are green and brown it's been fun keeping a watch on the nest when the mom bird flies away to see if the eggs have hatched. For the last few days our temps haven't hit 80 degrees b/c of cloud cover and rain. Sure won't complain about that. The weekend is suppose to be cloudy and rainy too.Will try to be back to say hi again in a few days.Hope all is good with you and your family. Take care my friends. Husky Hugs, Bella

This sequel to the Shaggy Dog has Dean Jones starring as Wilby Daniels all grown up! The movie also stars comedy legends Tim Conway ( Apple Dumpling Gang, and tv shows McHales Navy and The Carol Burnett Show among his multitude of credits) and Jo Anne Worley of Laugh-In fame! Walt Disney was known for his entertaining family films and this one is no exception. We love the tagline: It's Laughter by the Pound! It is Day 17 and let's get this show on the road............. ~~~** Here's the topic I promised you.....**~~~ ~~ The BEST Dog Movies You May Not Be Watching ~~ I am SO EXCITED to tell you about the next movie on my list. It's one of my absolute favorite dog films and the name of this movie is " A Dog Named Christmas ". A Dog Named Christmas is a Hallmark Hall of Fame tv movie that stars Bruce Greenwood (Star Trek) as the father of a developmentally challenged young man that has a wonderfully strong desire to care for animals in need. This young man sets out to convince his family and the whole rural community to participate in a local shelter's inaugural "Adopt a Dog for Christmas Program". It is a very heartwarming story that I can't see any dog person not liking. It is a difficult movie to find for purchase and your best bet is Amazon or the Hallmark Channel Movies Website. I don't know if anyplace else has it for sale or if it is available to rent, but if you can get your hands on a copy of this movie, PLEASE do so and watch it.
