HI! My name is Jam and I'm looking for my forever home. I'm currently in a foster home. My foster mom and doggie-sister (Roxie) are working hard to help me learn all the things I didn't get to learn as a puppy. You see, my past is a bit of a mystery. The vet thinks I'm between 2 and 3 1/2 years old. Where I've been these past few years is unknown. I was found on the street in Baltimore. When I was found, I wasn't feeling so good. I had an upper respitory infection, worms, was underweight and worst of all, had some really painful bite marks. Since being taken into my foster home, much of that is gone! No more worms or coughing and I'm putting on the pounds (did i mention that i LOVE peanut butter??). Anyways, like I said, my foster mom is working really hard to show me how good life can be! Her house is so warm and comfy! I have a bunch of pillows and toys that are all my own. I've learned sit and how to take treats out of my mom's hands (thats right, at first I didn't understand when she would try and give me food). I''m even working on my manners on leash and when I play with my big sis. She has LOTS of patience with me. I've also (mostly) mastered doing my business outside. But every once in a while I forget to give mom the signal and will wee wee inside. oops. Anyways, I love my foster home but am ready to find my forever family! Do you know someone who might like a new best friend?? If so, have them contact the midatlantic bully buddies (Simply go to www.midatlanticbullybuddies.org and click "want to adopt" to submit) to learn more and fill out an application! PS did i mention i'm whats called a "pocket pittie"? I'm only 35 lbs and full grown!! I'm quite adorable, if I say so myself :-)
