Harley, Thanks Takoda for vote #7300! Hi Shotgun, glad to hear that the rains passed you by! But they found they way here! BOL! Well, so mom get's her ride in on Paige, so puts all of Paige's leg boots and girth and good saddle pad outside to dry in the overcast sun! Then mom thinks, well I can either weed wack or work inside on a couple of things. Bad choice, mom worked in the house, in half an hour, what a thunder storm and heavy rains moved in. So guess who 5 minutes into the rain, remembers that Paiges stuff is outside! MOM! Boots and girth can get wet, saddle pad NOT! OOPS, hopefully it'll be okay! Not ruined! Mom then missed the opertunity to weed wack, but she did leave and go shopping, so now I have food and treats and she started buying for our horse show trip next week. 5 days on the road! Sammy We missed the rain as well last night. Things have gotten aot wormer for us lately/ Mom spent yesterday taking Dad to DR appointments. She even took him to Walmart, bol. He got to drive the electric cart around, First tome driving in 6 weeks and it's in his least favorite place Walmart, bol. He sure slept well last night though. Today he has rehab again.

We were suppose to have rain too. We got very cloudy & it did alot of sprinkling. But no full rain. Just enough to put drops on the car windshield. But not enough to use the wipers. We haven't seen the news yet-so we don't know what we're in line for. Tell you tomorrow. So you really don'tlike thunderstorms either. I don't like them because Mom doesn't. When Mom had my brother Baron-a Rottweiler-they were outside for him to go to the pot. Mom wanted him to move it--& in the next minute lightning struck the ground 6 feet from Baron & 12 feet from Mom. Mom never looked at thunderstorms the same again. So you're right--yippee!! to no more. But that won't happen. --Mom was right-the car isn't totally fixed. We took it down today-for the garage to decide what to do with it. They want it on Thurs morning. So Wedwill be another early night. So we'll have to keep our notes short & sweet Wed night. Needless to say-We're not going to be able to go anywhere yet. We had rain mixed with hail "ice pellets from the sky" today! That was very strange! Mom described the hail as ice pellets from the sky b/c I have never seen hail and I was hiding under the couch listening to the strange noise mixed with thunder. Before the storm, I went to the side door and looked up a Mom then I went to Mom and put my paw on her leg and heard thunder then ran into the living room and then under the couch. ♥ Sheba ♥ Hi, Shotgun! I don't know if cats can eat cake, can they? Benny did enjoy his Turkey and Gravy dinner. He isn't super fond of canned cat food, but he does eat some. The other cats dig in! BOL! I love it, too! I get to clean up whatever they leave behind. Mom says I am a big piggy! BOL! Oh Boy...did we ever get some "Gully Washers" yesterday! It rained so hard and was coming straight down! Then when the wind started gusting, it blew the rain 10 ft. under the side of the front porch! There was a lot of booming and banging, too! We were watching it all through the front door with Benny. There was a bird taking shelter in one of Mom's hanging baskets. Smart bird! It was an Eastern Phoebe. It makes a sound that is like "Fee Bee!" After dinner we all played in the basement. Looks like all the kitties are well again. Glad it all passed! We are supposed to get more storms today.
