Dad found me shot to death while there were hunters out in the woods. It broke his heart!! I was his little 'hero.' I was buried near my home out in the woods where he knew I would be happy. My Mom is battling lung cancer and it was very hard on her when she heard I had passed on over the Bridge. She and Dad will be so pleased to see me as the DOTD! I am honored to meet you Angel Simon
and all the doxies and read your stories. I am a rescue dog and now live alone - the other dogs in my mom's life are angel dogz - I don't get along well with other dogs I'm protective of mom and the house (I'm real big, I'm a shepherd mix) but I'm nice to people after all the 'homeschooling' I got from mom. I have met a lot of nice angel dogs on DC and I try to be very well mannered, I have seen everone on wag warz (one of mom's angel dogs from her childhood was a doxie terrier stray girl she loved her very much) and we sure don't like backyard breeders totally understand - a boxer girl that lived here had to be an angel too soon even for a boxer - yeah, backyard breeding ! but full of love all the same .. it's a blessing to me to grab an angel's vote bone and this one is # 405.

Hi! Were the Bayou Pups all Chihuahua's from Livonia, LA. I am Bonita aka Bonita Bandita and Baby Girl, born September 21, 1998 ~*~ TAZ MAN aka Little Man [Taz's --birthday.. April 20, 2008]~*~ MIKEY aka Lickey Mickey--[Mickey's birthday..Jan. 1, 2004] ~*~ TOOTIE aka Cutie Tootie [Tootie's birthday.. Jan. 31, 1998]. Mom & Dad lost their beloved Chi at age 13. Three years later mom found me ..Bonita.. a week before Thanksgiving ..in front of a hardware store, I was loved instantly & I'm mom's companion. --TAZ-- My dad saw a brindle Chi online, said what a cutie! Mom bought Taz for dad on Father's Day. --MICKEY-- appeared in our yard on New Years Day 2005, mom & dad believe God sent Mickey to our family. --TOOTIE-- Our skin brother married, they got a puppy named her Tootie. Tootie came to our house, mom was helping with potty training. Our sis Tootie lives in 2 homes, with our skin brother & us for 12 years.
