How We Met?

I rescued Dizzy from a bad home. The day I met him he was completely matted across the back half of his body from back leg to back leg, he was soooo badly matted that he could not lower his right hind leg all the way to the ground. He was tied to a sprinkler head in the muddy flowerless flower bed. I couldn't tell what kind of dog he was, I could tell he was supposed to be white but there was no white visible on his poor little body and he smelled like a combination of dirty socks and mildew. I was appallled by what I saw and knocked on the peoples door I told them flat out that I was calling the humane society and that I hoped they got arrested for cruelty to animals. I then told the lady I would take him if she did'nt want to care for him properly and she told me to take him and here we are today!!!
