Just replying to your comment. BCs are very high drive dogs so they do require lots of activity. I play ball with Molly everyday or take her for walks to wear her down. You may try finding an activity that Rocket likes and make it a fun learning experience which should help him to focus on you and what you want. Hope this helps!!
