Good Afternoon!
Sorry that we've not been on as much as usual! Losing Miss Lady was a very big blow. If we haven't already we want to thank everyone for everything:the votes,the cards,the beautiful angel,the flower seeds,Lady's ADOTD and each & every time you prayed or thought of us! We love you!
Also we want you to meet Bro & Sissy whose now going to be called Sassy & Dodger..because the grand kids like that name better & no one knows better than a child what to name a Dog or Kittie!After Memorial day we'll put their picture back up! DC everyone have a wonderful day! We love you!

Hi Mr Mugsy
Long time no bark. We have been a bit busy. Mama has been training for her Grand Canyon hike. I am not helping her... no way.. these little legs do not hike.... Cousin Mac is here.. he is very big and very crazy and we are working on training him. The flowers are blooming and I love flowers.
How was mothers day? Ours was okay.. Have you been to any baseball games? The orioles are actually doing decent, which is a shock...

How was your taco pie???
Sounds interesting and good too!! Well Moma has something to tell you about me that she says is Shades of Rico so here it is.
Last night Moma went into the bedroom at 9pm to watch 2 shows that Daddy isn't interested in. I went w/Moma & got some pets for abt 20 mins & then I got off the bed & down the hallway I went. Moma continued watching her show & thought I had gone out into the living room w/Daddy. At commercial time Moma got up to go into the kitchen & get a soda. Down the hallway she comes & as she starts to enter the kitchen she looked in the opposite direction & up the foyer steps I was coming......Mmmmm "where have you been?" Moma says. I thought she was out here w/you she said to Daddy. No he said I haven't seen her. Mmmmm now where was I? Was I just nosing around in the foyer or did I actually go down the foyer steps into the family room??? Downstairs is off limits & while I have never professed any interest in that area Rico would sneak down there sometimes & poop!! She went to investigate but saw nothing out of order.....so the $64,000 Question is what was I doing for abt 20 mins???? hahahaha I won't tell!! I think someone is going to be keeping a close eye on me from now on......hugs LilyPup

Thank you for the vote and coming by for my birthday and DOTD. What a surprise it was to see me in the spotlight. Mom was shocked but very happy this morning. It made our day. What is Cinco de Mayo?:
Literally "the Fifth of May," Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican Holiday celebrating the Battle of Puebla, which took place on May 5, 1862. In 1861, France sent a massive army to invade Mexico, as they wanted to collect on some war debts. The French army was much larger, better trained and equipped than the Mexicans struggling to defend the road to Mexico City. It rolled through Mexico until it reached Puebla, where the Mexicans made a valiant stand, and, against all logic, won a huge victory. It was short-lived, as the French army regrouped and continued; eventually taking Mexico City, but the euphoria of an unlikely victory against overwhelming odds is remembered every May fifth.
