Mom started doing her Spring cleaning in the Sun Room and a friend called to come over and put the new 25 gallon sprayer together for her. So, we were outside a bit doing that. He is such a nice man! He loves to help people around here with things. Mom has learned to accept the help. She would still be putting it together if she did it herself! BOL! I was a really good girl and stayed around them as they worked. We had dinner a little late but it was soooo good! Mom cooked some fresh chicken for me in the slow cooker. MMMMM GOOD! After dinner Mom worked more in the Sun Room. Then we had a picnic with the kitties and some playtime. Mom was soooo tired last night. So far, no rain. But it is mostly cloudy and 75ºF so who knows! Regis ~ 116698 Hi Contessa, Happy Tuesday. Since there are so many of us and only one of mom, she has given up trying to get us all walked daily. So now we are walked on a rotating basis and today was my day :) We stopped and talked a couple of neighbors who spent alot of time admiring me. Mom says we are going to have babies at our house. A pair of Robins built a nest on top of the electric meter right outside our back door. Now we are waiting on them to lay eggs. Mom is wondering how we are going to react to those baby birds chirping just a few feet above our heads. >>>>>> I'm not sure that your black belly has anything to do with your skin problems. Pooh has a black belly and he hasn't ever had any skin infections. As for the staff infection, I get little sores all over. The sores are raised a little and have black scabs. And as they heal, the skin around it flakes off causing dandruff. It does sound to me like you may need the antibiotics. I have been on lots of antibiotics and for months at a time. They haven't ever bothered my stomach. You just need to make sure that you don't give them on an empty stomach. One thing you might want to try is fish oil & vitamin E. Both are extremely good for the skin and vitamin E helps when you are stressed. Make sure if you get the vitamin E that you buy natural vitamin E. If it's not natural then it's made from coal tar. You are about the same size as me so you can have 2 1000mg fish oil softgels and 1 400IU softgel of vitamin E. Mom gives them to me at three separate times and not all at once. Molly We did see my pic and I was so surprised to see I was voted dotd. Yesterday & today were awesome, we were out running in the yard and enjoying the beautiful weather which is suppose to continue thru wednesday. Yesterday the wildlife center brought back the young ground squirrel mom took to them about 2 weeks ago. It was a young male, sluggish and emanciated and three crows were surrounding it and pecking at him. Well mom marched out there got him in a box and she took him over to the wildlife center to make sure he was ok. They had to fatten him up before they brought him back but he was streaking across the yard to the juniper tree to hide. We are glad he is back. Enjoy the weather, leaving you a vote

♥ Zoey ♥ Hi everyone, quick blog today. Hope you still remember me, bol. We have been good here, just busy of course. Mom is on spring break now though and this is the only day she doesn't have anything planned so we're blogging :) She is going down to her grandmas house tomorrow for a few days, so she'll get to see Radar and Willow! They are a year old now, but still crazy as ever. Mom and I went for our first trip of the year to my spot down by the railroad tracks on Monday, I also went for my first swim of the season and then I got my first outdoor bath of the season! That wasn't fun. Anyways, we hope you had a great Easter! and we missed you all a lot, so tell us what you've been up to! :) We hope to blog again some weekend soon...Probably in May or maybe not until summer again :( Moms senior project starts this month and she still has no idea what she wants to do hers on. Melian (In Memory of Tiny) How are you doing? I'm so sorry it's been so long since I've written properly. I told mama that she hadn't written since before her birthday and she was shocked! Oh my, we haven't even thanked everyone for their kind birthday wishes. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Well, what is our excuse? Apart from mere laziness we have actually been very busy. And by the time we get to the computer late at night mama just does a bit of voting and any computer work that's been waiting. Plus, I do have to admit that she was sick for over three months with one bout after another of various colds, sinus infections, and flus. Lame excuse, I know. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thank you for your concern for my chihuahua sister, Mouse. She's still having issues with her congestive heart failure and we keep having to up her dosage of lasix. And that is not a good thing. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ My BIG brother, Eddie the horse, is doing tons better now. He's perky again and has a bounce in his step. And he's back to loving his food. On Sunday we drove him 8 miles. I ran alongside and went about 16 miles. Pippin ran alongside the bike. Pippin is a real trooper having a cart horse as a sparring partner. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ It's good to be back but I won't promise anything about keeping up with my blogs. R&R- Happy Mother's Day Mom <3 U Hi Contessa, We got to go to Goldies park when we were there. Although it was cold & windy that day the park was still beautiful, We enjoyed walking with her & her Mom through it. We really welcomed the walk as we had been riding in the truck for days. Goldie was such a sweet mellow girl. A bit timid too. We will miss her forever. Goldie died of a heart attack. She had a normal day being outside with her Mom nothing unusual. Later that night she passed . Mom worked all day on the project. More pictures came in last night for her to make. She hopes to get it done today. We hope she does too cause she sure did alot of crying over those pictures.Looking like a great day today. Mom wants to take our ST Patty pictures and maybe easter too. Lucky us.bol

Scooby Yes,mom does know of L'bri, actually she had an interview with them about 5 years ago but it did not work out, they did not want to pay hardly anything. From what mom can remember the samples that they gave mom were not bad, was not aware that the products are made in texas. Although she is not surprised because she remembers it was not that big of a place, they did do distribution from there so maybe they did make the products in Texas, shipped them here and shipped out from here. It is cold here but the snow has melted in places and still there in others. Everything on the north side melts last of all! Daddy went rabbit hunting with uncle Bob but they didn't get anything! Me and Mommy have been doing laundry today. I have been helping! Mommy always liked a challenge so I just try to help out in that department. hehehe! Last night Mommy made chicken enchiladas and tonight we are having taco salad. We have homemade salsa and homemade guacamole to put on top of it. the tortilla shells are baked sun dried tomato wraps. She even had to cancel her cataract surgery because she was coughing so hard. Now she has to go next week. Wow your allergic to turkey? I'm so lucky I don't have any allergies. It would be hard around this house to have them. All of us kind of share food. We sneak and eat the leftovers from the other ones. We're praying that your grandpas test come back good. It didn't help that the people hosting the sale put some people in a back room with only a small arrow telling peopel there were more vendors in the back. The dog treats she made were the best seller of everything she had. She was surprised but happy people seemed to like buying them for their dogs. Boomer N Gang ***We are heading to Point, TX, it's west of Dallas, we be off line for after the 21st.**** Hi Contessa you mom has her crafts with her. She has all her painting, drawing, a sewing machine and and embroider machine.with her. Dad has trains too, but there in storage. Dad still go's to train shows. So you can bring your play toys with you. Dad n mom are talking about getting a trailer to put the car in, and when there part it be there craft/play room. Plus went people visit dad wants to fix it so there's a TV bed in there too. Of course with heat and air. But they haven't found on yet. They have to get a new car before a trailer. Our car has over 250,000. Miles on it. Still runs pretty good. Mom n dad drive there cars until they fall apart. Hee Hee. I hope you have a great evening. We are in Harlingen, TX now.
