How We Met?
We were on our way to my aunts house, we were planing on getting one of her puppies, which were pomeranian mixes. By her house is a animal rescue, so we decided to go in to just look around and check out the volunteering opportunities. Once in side, we looked around the place. My mom noticed in the far corner a little cage, so we went over to get a closer look. Right when we saw her we fell in love. My mom was saying how it looked like are other dog snuggles, who now is dead, RIP snuggles :(. Anyways, next thing I know she was asking for an application. The workers said they had no information on her yet, they has just gotten her in. After a few days they called us and said she was healthy and we could have her! Though we don't know her full story, we do know for sue she was abused. One story we were told is that she was found in fields. Another was neighbors had called on a house to turn them in for abuse. Either way when we had gotten her she was in pretty bad emotional shape. Her teeth were black and she was sooo afraid of everything. We were unable to cage her, she would have ended up killing herself trying to escape, she ate about 5 bedspreads, and she also ate right through are wall. At times we wanted to get rid of her, but we knew noone else would put up with her, and she would have ended up being put down. Now its 2 years later and she has made great improvements. We love her dearly and she is like a sister to me. <3
