We found Angel in our front yard just 2 days before the 2nd anniversary of my beloved Samoyed's death. It was during a bad ice storm and she had ice covering her fur. We warmed her up, hand fed her, and tried to make her stand up, but she refused. We searched for her owners for a week. I began to become attached to her until the owners called. I sat beside her crying as my parents talked to them. Almost an hour later my mom came out and told me that the owners had explained that she had escaped over 3 weeks ago when they left the gate open. But they didn't want her anymore and said they would love for her to go to a good home like ours! That day, she stood up and walked, ate by herself, and went to the bathroom! She's been with us ever since and could'nt be happier!
