Sparkle* ♥ Ozzie Mom has been really busy with school. Super busy! She never has free time except on weekends (even then she has homework) and when she sleeps. There is problems with her family at home as well. But on a brighter note, I am doing greyt! I get to sleep, eat, and run when I feel like it. :) Being a dog rocks! And tomorrow is Christmas! I'm so excited. Mom has my stocking up and I bet Santa Paws will bring me these really yummy treats I have been asking for. I mean... I hope he does. I haven't been naughty! Melian (In Memory of Tiny) How are you doing? I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful day with lots of good food and good company. I wanted to stop by on the day before and wish you a Happy Thanksgiving but the DC was down! ;( __________________________________________________________________________________ And then I wanted to stop by on the day itself but we were too busy stuffing ourselves with stuffing. And then Friday my kitty brother won cotd. And then the weekend we were eating again, and so on…. Every day I told mama I wanted to blog but we didn't get a chance! __________________________________________________________________________________ And yet again we are burning the midnight oil as I finally persuaded mama that enough was enough. I didn't want to wait any longer! How was your celebration? Do you have all your Christmas stuff up yet? __________________________________________________________________________________ Can you believe that December starts tomorrow? This year has flown by. It's pouring rain here which I'm not too happy about. Mama was happy until she had to go out in it and feed the horses. She came back wet, dirty, and frustrated. hehe I did NOT help her. . Hi Sparkle! How are you doing? We have been almost completely off DC since the new and not improved site. Mom was seriously considering to be done with it. But we finally decided to stay and do the best we can. It's gonna take a little more than that to keep us away from our special DC buddies!! hehe. We hope you are having a wonderful summer. We are enjoying ours a lot. This year we did our first big garden and got 11 chickens (5 Russian chicks and 6 cuckoomaran chicks). Next month we're hoping to buy our first goats! That will be so exciting. We're going to get Nigoras. (Nigerian/Angora mixes). They are so cute! Speaking of cute, our baby bunnies are doing well and as adorable as ever. They are almost 8 weeks old so they'll be ready for their new homes soon. Mom just got back from a trip to our lodge on Lake Clark. Her dad took her King Salmon fishing for the first time and it was lots of fun!! She caught a beautiful big fish. There is a photo of her holding it and one of some of our cabins on my page. Right now I'm having my annual coat blowout and it's keeping mom on her toes! I look like I shrunk....Bol. On a more serious note, please keep my sweet Zoey and her mom in your prayers. They are struggling with a sad life-changing situation right now. If you haven't heard, you can read the post on her page. To those who do not already know, I have a special announcement to make: I am running for DOTM in August! It will be a bit more of a challenge with the changes DC has made but we're still very excited. Sparkle* ♥ Ozzie Hi friends! Sorry I haven't been able to get on lately. Mom was booked almost all last week babysitting, and this week she's a camp counselor at a Bible School for elementary kids. Busy, busy summer! Oh, yesterday here in Florida it rained NON-STOP. Like, it started at 3 in the morning and ended at 8 in the evening! It also flooded mommy's street and the water rised to her porch. There was no thunder or lightning, so mommy and her friend went in her kayak and paddled down the street!! It was so funny, people were stopping their cars and looking! BOL. But then the power went out because of lightning so she had to go back inside. The power stayed down for 2 hours! Ugh. No computers, or fans, or TV, it was horrible. Well, I think I've barked enough, hehe. I hope everyone has a GREYT day! ♥Love, Sparkle*
