How We Met?
We found her and the rest of her litter on Petfinder.com. We were so exited, we found a litter of pups we loved! We drove out to Illinois, and fell in love with Sadie! The only thing was, she was so "fluffy." We brought her home in a padded laundry basket and introduced her to our older dog (now not with us any more) and gave her some time to adjust. Then I taught her how to sit, and her first night home my brother and I stayed in the kitchen all night long. I got up to get a drink and when I came back something black and fluffy was looking up at me with big brown eyes... She had decided to sleep on my pillow, and there she could stay. She kept on getting "fluffier" each day, and finally she was a long-haired Border Collie! We love her as much as we would a lab, and maybe more.
