How We Met?
My mother passed away, I was caring for my father with multiple critical health issues, my youngest son was out of state in college, my eldest son, his wife and my 2 "grandpups" moved out of state. I always wanted a small dog of my own, and I felt like it was the right time. I searched Petfinder.com, and when I saw Kaia,I called the shelter, and it was the last day to put an application in, so I got in the car,drove 3 hours, and when I held her, I knew she was mine. After the shelter employee interviewed me, and observed how Kaia and I connected, she told me that no matter how many applications there were, she was mine.
