Previous dog died shortly after cancer diagnosis. I have another cyst that broke open, but mom thinks that is something we will just have to deal with whenever it happens. We are planning a big outdoor work weekend to get the garden and flowers planted and finish up the lawn. Mom will be digging out more dandelions, a never ending battle. CONTESSA-Happy Memorial Day-Remembering our Vets! wrote on R&R- Home of the free because of our brave's yard: Hi Rusty & Ruger - My parents are having a working weekend this weekend outside - lawn work, garden work, etc. Mom will be sore come Tuesday. My grandpa had open heart surgery back in 2007 and had a pacemaker/difibulator put in 2008. He had a quadruple bypass and a blood clot removed. He had his surgery on Good Friday afternoon after his attack and was home on Monday! The big thing is you have to do what the doctors say. My grandpa didn't want to listen, but my mom kept after him because it was for his own good. He called her The Warden, but in the end it paid off. He was fortunate not to get pneumonia. I think mom & I could handle that, but mom worries about storms and where would be go? She had 3 bad experiences in a tent with storms, so she is a little leary of that.
