How We Met?

Toby's Story -> I had been wanting a dog of my own for months and had been doing lots of looking on Pet Finder and in local papers. I just couldn't find one that "clicked". On September 8, 2009 I went to the pet store with my mom and sister, there we saw a very sweet female Mini Schnauzer(Toby's sister). When I got home I did LOTS of research on the breed, from the first paragraph I read I knew my life wouldn't be complete without a Mini Schnauzer. We went back to the pet store on September 15, 2009, by then I had fully convinced my mom that a Mini Schnauzer was perfect for me and our family. When we walked in we only saw one Mini Schnauzer there(Toby) and he was being held by another person, as soon as they put him down though I was holding him in my arms. When I was holding him...I don't know it was like we were meant to be together. I had finally found the dog that "clicked" with me. The pet store owners asked what we were naming him, I said, Toby. I had always wanted a dog named Toby, when people ask me why I say I don't know because I truly don't. I am and will always be grateful for my best friend Toby, I never thought I could love a dog as much as I love Toby. He is SUPER smart and has learned so many tricks, he always makes me smile and is the best dog I could ever ask for. I love him so much, in fact I sometimes get weird looks and comments from my family on how I treat Toby like my child:P. 	Sir Toby Tyler ♥ 's Maya wrote on Merlin -Vote Shotgun DOTM in May!'s yard: Hi Merlin! It did warm up, we have had days that were almost in the 90's! It was only in the 50's today though with rain. It is supposed to warm up to the 70's and be mostly sunny the rest of the week. How cool that Panda won best in show! Congrats to the little guy. I hope it warms up so you can all go in the pool. I used to hate water but now I love it. I even walk right through puddles even when they are out of the way we are walking. Mom says I am like a little kid, BOL! It's been pretty busy here, but that is nothing new. It's been raining here and was in the 50's today. I wish it would just stay warm. I get little walks in the morning now but haven't gotten a long walk in a while. I wont complain though, any walk it nice for me. Mom played with me a little bit today, we have a game I call chase me, hehe. I grab one of my toys and mom chases me in circles. I hope everyone is well. You do sound busy, we are pretty busy here too. Grandma's birthday is on the 28th and momma's little graduation party is on the 31st. So we are planning for it all. Momma's goats keep getting out of the fence so she has been fixing things up there to keep them in. Although we are putting up a new fence soon so she isn't spending to much time on fixing it, just enough to keep the goats from getting out.
