It seems like we are so far behind We see our tails in front of us!!! I started yapping at Mommy about it and she just said "welcome to my world" and chuckled, rolled her eyes and continues to try to get some of my blogging done! BOL!
Funny, I thought me and Maya were already in her world! Go figure.....these humans have the funniest expressions. They say things they mean then turn around and say things when they mean the opposite. For instance, I hear Mommy say to daddy, or vice versa, "That's okay, don't get up I can handle this just fine by myself"....translation: "Get up off your LAZY butt and give me a hand here"....BOL! They don't mean what they say!
Then, when they call me and say, "Chewie, come here." Or when I am running off to explore, and I hear, " Chewie, come back here", or they tell me to not run off and I don't come there, come back or I DO run off, I am in trouble because "didn't you hear what I said"? "Listen to me"......They meant EXACTLY what they said, not the opposite this time,.......How do you know when they mean it and when they mean the opposite? I thought they WANTED me to not come and to take off running! I can't win!! Maya pretty much doesn't get in much doo-doo like I do unless we are rough housing and then we BOTH get it not just one of us! How come she hardly EVER gets in trouble by herself?!
Back to expressions, they say so and so has a "heart of gold" now that's impossible. Even tho' I'm only a year old (okay, I will be in 3 more days), even I know a heart can't pump blood if it were made of gold, so why did they say that? Why didn't they just say they really care about others? or something similar! Humans!
You gotta love 'em bless their hearts!
Then they wonder why I get confused and don't know what I am supposed to do and not do? We need to teach them that CONSISTENCY is the key......

i'm so glad your getting along so well i hope you will be able to ignore that loud parrot ...
well so far that snow they have been talking about is only rain but north CT is getting snow mom is just happy we have rain and hope it stays that way ...but the temps are dropping it's 33* so who knows...
mom and dad went to lunch and their grand daughter Dee showed up and ate with them they always love that...
mom came home and did some laundry the cats can't wait until it comes out of the dryer they love warm laundry...

i'm happy you like it here so far...mom said it was a nice day 45* but it was windy and mom is always cold...dad worked today and after lunch mom came home and cleaned..she took out that noisy thing called a vacuum and the cats followed her around to make sure she did a good job...she still has to do some laundry and i'm sure the cats will help her fold...hope you had a nice day and here's a vote, peace, luv and angel puppy kisses...angel lita
