Angel Sophie and Bindi are leaving you this good nite vote;) ♥ Bindi seems a lot more relaxed now and her wounds are healing. There are photos of her at the bottom of our page. You can see the wounds behind her mouth and the black wound on the bottom of her ear.
Q: Why did the police arrest the turkey?
A: They suspected it of fowl play!

A: He had to take a TEA PEE

Angel Sophie and Fancy are leaving an 'end of the weekend vote' Hope it's been a nice one for you. We have had a bit of excitement. Saturday evening, I rode Fancy around the yard for a while. Queenie was tied out and my son's Jack Russell Terrier went over to Queenie. Next thing I heard some pitiful screaming! Queenie had half of that little dog's head in her mouth! I got off of Fancy and rushed over. The only thing I had in my hand was my crop whip. The little dog was using the bathroom all over the place, I guess the poor thing thought she was about to meet her maker, and I thought the same. I popped Queenie with the crop whip and she didn't let go. I really whacked her quite a few times before she stopped shacking that poor little dog. The little dog was quit upset, but she was in one piece. During all of this poor little dog screaming bloody murder and me screaming No Queenie, stop!, while I was holding Fancy's reins in one hand and whacking with the other hand, Fancy was eating grass. When I was going over the events in my mind, I realized how quiet Fancy had been and I couldn't believe it. I Thank God Fancy was still at the right moment. Well, this wasn't the first time Queenie attacked the little dog, but it was the worst! Needless to say Queenie no longer lives with us. I don't know why she has the worst dog aggression problems I have ever seen!!! I thought she was going to work out with us, but I can't handle that kind of aggression.
Q: Why do turkeys always go "gobble, gobble, gobble"?
A: Because they never learned good table manners!

Wow, my Mom & I were totally surprised when Mom logged onto DC this morning and clicked on the Top Dog Icon to see my name & picture as Top Dog/Dog of the Month for October! We were blown away and wildly surprised that I was named Top Dog!

Thank you in advance for you support next month, it means so much to us. :)
We apologize for not being able to blog yesterday, we were busy and mom wasn't feeling well. She's all better today though. :) It has been windy and rainy the past few days, so I don't believe that we will be able to get our fall or howl-o-ween pictures done. I hope you had a nice day yesterday and a wonderful Wednesday today! Thank you all so much for the good luck wishes for next month, it means so much to us and we can't wait to spend the month with you! :D Only 5 more days! Hi, I'm Sadie (#85774) a 7 year old Golden Retriever. I have been on DC for over two years not and have enjoyed every minute of it! I recently received my DOTD badge for my birthday on July 18th and this November I am running for something even bigger, my DOTM badge! Throughout the month I will be sending out fun filled Thanksgiving facts, recipes, and more. My number one goal for my campaigning for DOTM is the make new friends and develop even closer bonds with my friends that I already have because without them I wouldn't be where I am today.I came from a breeder into my forever home when I was only 4 weeks old, I have always been one smart pooch; I was potty-trained the first week I came home and since then I have learned many more commands and am in the process of learning commands in German. "Who says you can't teach an 'old' dog new tricks?" My favorite things include going for walks, swimming, being with my family, french fries, and ice cream! My dislikes are motorcycles, fireworks, thunderstorms, and sirens. Please vote Sadie (#85774) daily in November and celebrate Thanksgiving all month long. Can't wait to celebrate it with you! Hi Moonshadow!
Hope you all enjoyed your week, we sure did. :) It was nice to have some time off, but we missed you all so much! We were quite busy on our week "off", we were helping mom do yard work and preparing for November. Mom finished T.K.'s halloween and fall pictures, now we're hoping to finish Duke & mine tomorrow and we'll be able to relax the rest of the week, we hope anyway. I suppose it is time to announce that I will be running for DOTM in November, I didn't mention it because I didn't want to campaign until the date I could. It would mean so much if you would vote daily and support me in my run. Hugs, Sadie
