oh my
that was a bad time for everyone. so glad your auntie was so quick to react and took care of things. mom and i know how hard having a tube to flush is. we are sure praying you are ok now Gracie and everyone is settled back down. let us know ok!! and we hope your mom and dad are doing better too!! Sorry we haven’t been on in several days. We had some more cooler temps and mom and oma have spent a lot of time outside trying to get some things done. They still have a lot to do, but who knows when they will get to it. mom said even with the cooler temps it was hard on her and she just couldn’t get on here every day. I said well you sure could have tried to do it one or two days. She wasn’t happy with that, hehe. we had our big shopping last week and that had to be spread over two days. So that took a lot out of both of us. Especially since a vet visit was included. Just the monthly maintenance and a rabies shot. We are lucky that they have finally gone to 3 year vaccines now though. I had several great walks and tons of fun. Yesterday I even got a surprise walk at the library park. Then we went to the dollar store where the lady loves me. I got to meet her new puppy. She doesn’t get her for another two weeks, but they brought her to visit. She is a min pin, boy are they tiny, hehe. today we have a puppy visiting for the weekend. He came home with mom’s sisnlaw yesterday from the pound. She will take him back on Tuesday. He is a gsd/husky mix and I am a bit jealous cause mom says he is gorgeous. She says he reminds her of LouDog(if you know who we mean). EmmyLou Harris is going to take him this week. She takes dogs from the pound a lot. well hopefully we will do better this week, but with mom it is hard to tell. Sorry I haven't been on here in a while, but mommy has been really busy with school and everything else lately. How are you?

Hey there, Belle & Gracie!!
It was a rainy day today so it was boring. We took Banjo, my feline kitten brother, to have his "Big Boy" surgery today. It all went great! But we don't get to pick him up until tomorrow morning. It sure has been quiet around here without him pestering all the other kitties! BOL! Mom was tired and napped this afternoon, did some laundry and then sorted out her clothes in the Walk-in closet. All boring to me! BOL! But at least I got a ride this morning! YAY!! Hope you had a great day! BBS. Left you a vote and lots of sweet Golden Kisses...

I hope everyone is feeling better and on the mend. So sorry to hear how awful the weekend was for you.
It's me, Maya. Chewie wrote this for us so that everybody would understand why we aren't blogging our normal funny blogs. I will get back to normal tomorrow or Friday.
This is a cheating c/p just so everybody knows we ARE reading your blogs and appreciate them so much!
Thank you for all the love and wonderful prayers and support for us and our Mommy on this, the Anniversary of the passing of our Angel Anakin. I told Mommy we won't try to write a regular blog today because neither one of us, or Maya, feels like being clever. We will be our normal selves tomorrow, we promise!
Thanks everybody for the excuse to give Mommy all kinds of extra sloppy kisses and snuggles...You ALL told us to do it and we are being our usual obedient selves and doing what we are told! Me Especially...we all know how obedient I (Chewie) am...never getting in trouble and all! hehe I can't help being myself, even today when Mommy is sad!

AAAAWWWWWWW! So sorry you got hurt Belle. Hope you are feeling better and heel very soon. Hope mom and dad get well soon too. My mom has allergies too and has not been up to par either. Hopefully all of you will be good as new soon.
I was a little silly this morning, mom took me out in the yard and she noticed a palm frond was ready to come down, so she started to pull it off. I heard the noise and decided to help, so I ran over there and was jumping ang grabbing the palm frond until I pulled it clean off the tree. Mom said she was laughing so hard she almost wet herself! Whatever that means. Then I proceeded to run around the yard like a crazy dog with the palm frond in my mouth! Mom tried to get a video but she is never ready when I am doing silly things. Some day she says she will catch me. We hope you have a super fun day!

Thank you SO much for stopping by my page today with your dotd vote. It doesn't matter that I didn't win. I couldn't! It's been less than a year since I last won. But that's okay, because I always love when you visit!
Thank you also for remembering Tiny and leaving her a vote. We recently commemorated the 3rd anniversary of her passing. Not a day goes by that mama doesn't remember her fondly and Tiny is often in her dreams. Those seem so real and are a precious treasure.
It means the world to both of us that she is still remembered by all her friends here on DC. She's a very special dog! I wish I could have met her though I might have been a little jealous! I don't like sharing mama's attention. Mama says that's okay though. I am my own dog and I will make my own very different memories.
Some of you may already have heard this when you stopped by on her anniversary but in order to reach all my friends tonight at such a late hour, I have to write my general thanks and appreciation.
Pippin HC 11626 celebrates his 7th birthday tomorrow (18th) so we're all excited about that. Thanks to those who have already stopped by his page with birthday wishes. Personal blogs to all will follow later.
