I have a favor to ask you. Mommy has been putting together a photo album of our DC Friends for me and Chewie. It is really nice. We can't use copying pictures from the DC pages cause the resolution is to low and when Mommy had them printed they were awful!
Snapfish told Mommy the necessary resolution for different sized pictures, that's how she knows.
Our friends have been sending us photos for the album and sometimes they ask for pictures of us! It has been fun! Would you consider mailing us pictures of you for our Friends Album? Chewie and I would both really like to include you in it. If you and your Mommy say yes, the address to send us the pictures is:

The weather here today is spectacular!! Warm, like summer!! Very nice. Of course, I can't do anything yet because I pulled a leg muscle, but it gives me hope!!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for remembering me on my birthday....and not only that, but letting me know too ;)
It means very much to mom that you came by. She still misses me so much. Everyone who has lost a beloved pet never will get completely over it, but having loving friends around you makes it a lot easier.

This morning when Mommy took us out to potty, there was a big ol' turkey in the yard! Mommy had to keep Maya's attention so she didn't take off after it while it hightailed it into the woods! Mommy did good, Maya never even saw it and I was on that leash so there was no sense in me even TRYING to chase it cause I'd have to lug leadbottom,,,oops....I mean my sweet wonderful dainty Mommy....along with me, so the turkey got a reprieve, THIS TIME! We get down to the fenced in area and while we are inside there, Maya keeps smelling and rooting around in one little area by the fenceline and BOOM! out pops a furry little creature that sprints past Maya, over Mommy's foot, under the gate to the OLD dogpen and inside some plastic corrugated drainpipe where he nicely and safely hid. It was another baby bunny! Maya smelled it and Mommy like to never got her and her nose away from that area. FINALLY she did and BOTH of us did our business and Mommy got us back inside the basement door! Wow! What a potty trip THAT was. Never has one been any MORE exciting, except for when Maya chased the pitbull up the driveway! At least this bunny rabbit is still alive. It got away from "JAWS" aka Maya!
Today at Tricks Class the teacher was going to work on Shake Hands, but Mommy has already taught me and Maya that one! She said Mommy is always one step ahead of her, BOL! Mommy showed her how we had learned the crawl trick and how Maya has learned to roll over, too.
We were very good. The teacher told Mommy since she has better luck at home with us, to work on embarrassed, take it and drop it for her to see next week. After that we had Puppy Playtime/Yappy Hour for an hour. Mommy and Daddy did what they told them to do this time, and left us there and went next door to Big Lots so we couldn't see, hear or smell them. Me and Maya played while they were gone. As soon as they came in the door to Petco, we were at the fence staring at them and Maya wagged her tail and I whined. They went to another part of the store, then Zac (Maverick, the GSD puppy's Daddy) let Mommy hide behind him and peek over his shoulder.....we spotted her!! Maya JUMPED UP AND DOWN and I whined! Mommy went to the checkout once....Maya spotted her! THEY CAN RUN, BUT THEY CAN'T HIDE....BOL!! Mommy and Daddy bought Maya a big Pink Plush Squeaky Bunny for winning 1st Place in the Contest! Maya said I can play with it too. We always share our toys!
We were pooped out after that. We stopped at Subway on the way home and got a sandwich so Mommy didn't have to cook when we got home. Then me and Maya both fell asleep on the way home. I was in Mommy's lap and Maya was in the back seat. We didn't wake up until we got there! We both got out of the car, did our business and promptly went inside to help eat Subway and take a nice long nap!
We hope you guys had as good a Sunday as we did! This time, nobody got in trouble and we had fun!!
