Hi Biggie
Thanks for the moms day wishes for my momma and she loved the poem! Hope you and your momma had a great day together.
PHEEWWW! It sure has been a long time since I barked. Unfortunately we are going to have to C/P to catch up. Well mom's trip to North Carolina went well but I sure did miss everyone. She was thrown for a loop when she heard my food was one that was recalled. She couldn't check the bag because it was in FL and she was in NC! The worst part was I had already eaten 95% of the bag! She called the vet where I was staying and that opened a whole new can of worms. All in all it worked out. I did have a bag of food that was recalled but they said at the pet store there was salmonella in the factory not in the food, it was a voluntary recall just in case to protect all us critters. None of the food tested so far has shown any signs of contamination. Mom is real happy with Diamond pet food for making that decision.
I am glad to be home now and laying on the guilt trip pretty thick! BOL I am being quite picky with my food, and moping around, something I do every time mom leaves me and makes me board somewhere else. I end up getting all sorts of treats on my food and lots of extra attention. Mom knows what I am doing but she is nice enough to play along.
It has been pretty warm and muggy here with rain too! I have been getting my walks again so I am happy. Last night was real short because of bad weather. I see a palm frond getting ready to fall and mom said this time she is going to be prepared before she even let's me out. I probably won't even act funny like when she is not prepared. I guess I am just a little stinker.
Hopefully we can get back to a normal routine again and be able to bark with our friends regularly. Hope you enjoy your day. Pawed a vote! Love, Sugar

Hello Smalls
Thanks for sharing the Mother's Day poem. We did sing it to our Mom. She loved it.
We did get a bath yesterday. Mom said we were dirty.
How fun you got new toys. Our G'ma get our toys (stuff animals) from the locate thirft store. We love those they are tons of fun. Our bigger sisters like to pull out the eyes & nose.
Gracie is doing great. Her wounds have healed up but her ACL is still healing. She can walk on it but doesn't run on it. Mom says if she still not fulling using the leg by end of May. She will take her to Dr. Bolok to check it out.
We got groomed last weekend & Mom had Gracie's cut very short so her hair will grow out even. You don't see any of her scars.
We hope your Mom had a nice Mother's Day & you all have a wonderful weekend.

We had our last tricks class today and Maya really showed off! She went to class in her pink dress and pink flower on her collar like she wore on Easter and she stood up and danced around in her dress, sat pretty, shook hands, rolled over and then she bowed. Boy did she bow! Everybody thought she was a doll! I wore my white bow tie and did okay, too, I was just a little wild and stubborn at first! I'm going through a phase according to the humans. Mommy hopes that's what it is. If not, and I keep acting up, Mommy and Daddy will never enroll me in CGC Class cause I would never pass the test! I have to "find my brain" again! hehehehe
I'm kind of like the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz, you know:
I could wile away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain
And my head I'd be scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain
Did you ever feel like you just have all this energy and you just go crazy and forget everything you've learned because of it? I think I have enough energy to light up the eastern seaboard if they could just harness it. Maybe I should have my people contact President Obama's people and see if we can work something out there...hmmm!
Now I know what they mean when they say "I'm so bright, my Mama calls me sun"! Like Travolta said in Grease, "it's electrifyin" That's me! Man I got so many possibilties for the future. Oscar winning Actor, Politician...like President, maybe, Teenage Hearthrob, Energy Provider to the USA, man I got so many hats to wear Mommy's gonna have to buy me a hat rack!
Stay out of trouble and don't do anything I wouldn't do...that leaves you quite a bit of leeway..hehehe

Hi Biggie! I love your profile picture! That is one of my favorite cartoons of all time! :) We'll be on DC infrequently these next few weeks because momma's schoolwork always increases dramtically before the end of the year. Not much is going on here. Yesterday, Suki went to her first puppy kindergarten class and was labeled as a "shy dog." Momma had to keep on distracting her so she wouldn't bark her head off when she got too close to another puppy. But Suki was also told she was very smart because she did everything she was asked to. This morning we met a neighborhood dog named Gracie who always offers me her ball to play with. I was totally uninterested in her ball. Suki stayed away from us but did say hi to Gracie's mom. I can't understand why you'd be afraid of other dogs or humans...
Oh, and...

Oh that's alright we knew you'd get around to us sooner or later. Glad you had a good birthday. Sorry about your computer.
Nice day we are having today with no wind. Mom has been outside washing her Harley , planting her tomotoes and just enjoying the day. We got long walks early this morning & have been out several times. To hot for the boys to play ball yet but I got my sunbathing in. Sure hope you are having good weather too. Tell your Mom Happy Mothers Day for me. Thanks for the poem for my Mom it made her laugh. Have a greaat weekend.
