Doing a quick run through
to bark at everyone & let you know I'm doing great! I'm up to 30 lbs of puppy energy now & spending a lot of time outside because I keep trying to sit on the inside cats. I've been MIA from DC for almost 3 weeks so I'm not happy with mom & told her I need to catch up or I'm going to have to chew something to get her attention. She must have thought I was serious because here I am...BOL! Can't stay long though because I tend to get distracted at the smallest...HEY look at the bird!! Ooops...as I was saying I sometimes get distracted...BOL! Well got to run...literally...so I can get rid of some of this excess energy. Enjoy the rest of your day sweet friend & I'll bark back again when I can.

Peanut has settled in realy nicely! She's fine with me as long as I'm in my fencing, but when I get out and mommy takes me over to her in her fencing to say hello (which isn't very far beings our fencings are connected!) she spooks. I don't know why she spooks when I launch myself at her! lol. Ah well, I can still kiss Donkey as much as I want!
Mommy says we're going to get a new kitten soon too, his name is Oliver and he's a black and white tux, Maine Coon! Mommy says he's adorable but she hasn't been able to bring him home yet. Mommys getting Oliver from a friend on hers, but her friend is having health problems at the moment (please pray for her!) and she's waiting for her to feel better before going to get him. :) Mommy says the friend got such a bad migrain that she went blind! She's got her sight back in one eye so far but.. mommy says it may be awhile before we get to bring Oliver home! :(
Mommys still working on my dead trick, which I am doing realy well at it as long as there's nothing more exciting happening! :P lol. She's also been working on my 'roll over' but the only time I'll do it is by accident when she's trying to get me to play dead! She's so funny! :P
So, for mommys brithday (in June), me and Lewis are going to (hopefully unless the weather is all rainy) go to the park and hike up the trails! I've never even been to a park before, can you believe that? Mommy says I'll enjoy it and it will be realy good experience for me to get out in public around other people and dogs, but I just think it would be nice to go somewere new to sniff!
Not much else is happening here, mommy hasn't realy had the chance to take new pictures of me or Peanut yet, but when she does then she'll post them on my page. It will probably be to hot today though, as it's in the 90's!!

I like your pretty pink jacket. You look marvelous as always, you cutie. Thanks for the banana birthday cake. YUM. Sounds like you had a nice one. Glad you get to go have fun with your family on Sundays. Needing to go out frequently (being a small dog and all), helps me get to travel too. It's a great thing.

Thanks so much for stopping by to wish me a happy 2nd DC anniversary! Sorry it took so long to bark back. I was at a Doggy Resort in Disney!! I had so much fun! My profile picture is one they took of me while I was there. My pawrents and skin sisters went to Disney's Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Mom said she missed me soooooo much, but I told her it was ok I had a blast! They have this off leash doggie park there and I got to run and sniff and drink out of a big bone shaped pool too! Mom took me out there when she dropped me off and when she picked me up. i am pretty tired now and have been sleeping so much since I got home. I hope you had a great weekend. Pawed you a vote.
Oh Yeah, I will be offline until the 13th of May. Momma is going to visit her mom in North Carolina. she said if she gets a chance we will blog but it is not likely. labby licks and cuddles, Sugar

Hi Peaka!
Tick attack! Remember when I went to the desert for my birthday? Well, that was a couple weeks ago, and guess what mom found on me Sunday - a HUGE tick! This thing was big enough to wear a leash and collar! Mom was wondering if I wanted to keep it as a pet of my own. It was GIANT! Anyway, she took it off and saved it in a jar. She cleaned me all up and I'm good as new. And she went over me with a fine tooth comb - literally. No more ticks! They bought me a new flea and tick collar and hopefully that won't happen again. I've NEVER had a tick before! *shudder* It was very traumatic. M & D felt so bad. So ....
Today mom bought herself a "new" antique platform rocking chair, and gave me her old armchair! Woohoo! I am so stoked. I LOVE that chair! Great big overstuffed thing. Also an antique. They talked about having it recovered, but decided not to. So it's MINE! All mine! I guess this makes up for the distasteful "tick incident". BOL!

Hola!
Hello Miss Princess Peaka! Soooo sorry for the c/p but we're a little crammed for time today and got a lot to bark about! Yesterday we went to the bolivar peninsula on galveston and had a blast in the waves! It was really really windy and the waves were huge! Momma brought along the inner tube and we sat in there and rode the waves but we kept getting knocked off! On the way back we stopped by McDonalds and momma got us a mcdouble without and onions pickels mustard or ketchep but it was still really good! Then we got home I got a bath and my peoples went swimming! But man last night my stomach was upset. It hasn't gotten better either. I don't feel like eating, momma keeps complaining that I'm gassy and it hurts to get up... Dumb Ruby keeps trying to get me to play by pouncing on me. I like having a sis and all but it is tiring!!!! Anyways we gotta go now. Leaving a vote. BBS-Hunter
