The temperature was high 67 & low was 32 this morning, now it's 56 with humidity 37% & wind is 6 MPH. Thursday's suppose to be Showers & High 50.

~♥~ ~♥~ Hero Dog May Need More Surgery ~♥~ ~♥~
ST. PAUL, Minn. (UPI) The owner of a dog that incurred nine stab wounds and mouth injuries while defending its Minnesota home may need further surgery, the owner said.
Larry Wagaman of St. Paul said Buster, his 9 year old Boxer, has racked up $3,000 in veterinary bills thus far and could require a further $4,000 worth of treatment to recover from the wounds received in an encounter with an intruder Oct. 20, the St. Paul Pioneer-Press reported Friday.
Buster was operated on Monday at Life Care Animal Hospital of St. Paul for injuries to his mouth and veterinarians said he may require further surgery to repair a possible internal throat tear.

81 ~NOV: DIABETES AWARENESS MONTH~
EUGENE, OREGON WEATHER REPORT:
The temperature was high 58 & low was 40 this morning, now it's 47 feels like 44 with humidity 90% & wind is 6 MPH. Tuesday's suppose to be Sunny☼ & High 56.
My first human dad~Jerry passed away 12/20/2006 and no one else wanted to take me so my now dad (who is dad~Jerry's brother) and mom took me. I love my now dad and he loves me back plus I'm a guys doggie. BOL!!!!
I've also been a DC member since January 4, 2007.
MY FIRST DC BLOG WAS ON 1/04/2007 WHICH SAID:
"SUBJECT: From Rags to Clothes!
My name is Carly and this is my story. When I got my new family, my new mom would not let me in the house. It was about 5 PM when I arrived to my new house and I had to stay in a pickup for a couple hours. She said I had to have a bath first cause I was so filthy & stinky. I lived the homeless style for about a couple years and I wasn't into baths. She took me in about 7 PM to get professionally bathed, hair clipped, and nails clipped. I finally got to go in on a nice clean & soft bed in my new home. Mom even said I smelled really nice. I guess my new mom & dad are proud of me now!"
I am the only doggie of a family of 18 kitties. There are 6 kitties that I'm around all the time inside. One particular one is named Rhoamin 2921 on CC and he is a bit taller and longer than me. He tries to smack me, but he does get in trouble when he's caught!!!! BOL!!!!
I went in to have a simple spay in February 2007 and it turned out to be a major surgery as the vet found mammory tumors on my teats (breasts) so he removed about 2 teats plus on my neck and one one my throat. I now have a few lumps growth, but mom and dad are not going to have them removed at my age. They said I've been thru enough.
I have also been diagnosed with DIABETES March 2008 so now I get insulin shots twice daily. I'm pretty much blind as well. Dad still takes me on several walks per day to potty and xercise.
