It isn't just young children who get extra excited when they discover Christmas surprises.
At the Greyhound shelter where I volunteer each week many of the dogs love to play with toys. Greyhounds are especially adept at "killing'' the little squeakers inside the plush animals, so donors constantly add new toys to replenish the stock.
When the Greyhounds discover these new toys in the stash -- it's fun time!
In the video, like a delighted kid opening Christmas presents, an ever-happy Greyhound named Haven, waiting to be adopted, picks through a shelter's toy bin and goes crazy when he discovers new Santa toys.
Pure happiness.
I hope you and your pups have lots of fun this Christmas.
