Of the abbreviated article that was posted so far- I have to totally disagree with the comment about the breed being "quick to snap"! This is only some dogs from some breeders, and should not be used to describe the breed as a whole. If people have dogs that are "quick to snap" they should not be breeding them!

My dogs, and lots of German Pinschers I know, are wonderful family pets- more likely to "yelp" than snap for any reason!
