After a Disaster
Keep your dog on a short leash. Downed power lines, wild animals, and other dangers may be present.

Give animals time to adjust. Your normal routine will likely be disrupted for some time. If odd behavior continues for a few weeks, consult your veterinarian.

If your dog is lost. Put up fliers in your neighborhood and check local shelters. Ask to consult their logbooks to see what animals are brought in and to see if someone is providing foster care for your pet.
