The outgoing Golden Retriever is a cheerful companion and ideal family dog.
"Field training bumpers are our dogs’ absolute favorite thing in the world,” says Alison D. of New Hampshire, about her Golden Retrievers. “When they see one, they all start barking and jumping up and down. They’ll go flying off our dock after it. All six Goldens leap into the water at the same time.” Alison and her husband, Ray, have owned Goldens for more than 20 years and competed in almost every dog sport.
