"Holistic" is a major buzzword today, implying everything that is good, pure, wholesome and natural. With nothing short of a bearhug, Madison Avenue has embraced the "H" word, using it to sell everything from dog food to treats to training methods.
"OK," you decide, "I'll buy the hype. I'd like to be a holistic dog owner." Problem is, you have absolutely no idea that it means.
