 | | Dog novel (Title and author)..Jon Katz DOG DAYS | | Why is this book your favorite dog novel?:..I love border collies and two of Jon Katz books, Dogs of Bedlam Farm and Dog Days are all about his border collies. Rose is his best herding dog and my dog Oreo does many of the same things with the sheep that Rose has done. The book was something I could relate to. He has a easy way of writing that any one could read and the books are relaxing kind of stories. The book is about the farm and the dogs that live with Jon and work the farm. Much of the book tells about farm life and since I live in the country and enjoy the rural living the book appealed to me in that way too. |
