HOW TO ENTER
By mail: Please print this page and fill out the form below. Mail the form, along with your quality print photo (or digital image on CD), and 30 to 50 words about your adorable pup to DOG FANCY, Silly Puppy Photo Contest, P.O. Box 6050, Mission Viejo, CA 92690-6050.
By e-mail: Copy and paste the form below into the body of your e-mail. Type in all the required information, include 30 to 50 words about your puppy, attach your puppy's photo (300 dpi at a minimum of 4 inches wide), and address to contests@dogfancy.com with the subject “Silly Puppy Contest.” Photo attachments should be greater than 200KB but less that 6MB.
