Your Dog's Sensational Senses

The canine senses of sight, smell, sound, touch and taste are much different from humans'.

When you and your dog are hanging out, it may seem like you're both doing the same things: looking for friends, eating something tasty, listening to sounds. But you both go about your business very differently. For example, you look for friends with your eyes, but your dog learns more from a nice, long sniff. Dogs have five senses, just like humans. But the similarities end there. Let's take a look at how your dog experiences his world.
