Tilapia and potatoes
Ingredients:
1 pound of fresh tilapia or other white fish
4 cups of chopped white potatoes with skin on
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
Place potatoes in pot with herbs, olive oil and enough unsalted water to just cover potatoes.
Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
Slice fish into strips and add to potatoes and water. Mix in well and bring to boil again for another 10 to 15 minutes until the fish flakes or is cooked through.
Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate up to three days. It will provide several meals for your dog.
