Stars like Ed Asner, Ed Begley Jr., Mary Tyler Moore, Charlotte Ross, and Eric Roberts will be in Beverly Hills, Calif., on March 24 for the 21st annual Genesis Awards presented by HSUS.
The Genesis Awards honor major news and entertainment media for outstanding content that raises public awareness of animal-protection issues. Contenders for this year’s major awards include “Charlotte’s Web,” “Happy Feet,” HBO’s “Dealing Dogs,” “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” “The Simpsons,” “Larry King Live,” “CBS Evening News with Katie Couric,” “Anderson Cooper 360,” and “CSI.”
