Crazy Dog Canine Contest

Pet products company is looking for dogs who match the look of its mascot.

Pet products company Crazy Dog is holding a contest to find the dog who looks most like the company’s illustrated canine mascot.

Kids between the ages of 5 and 16 are invited to create a costume that makes their pet look like Crazy Dog, then to submit a photo of the animal sporting his or her new look.

One grand prize winner will receive a $100 savings bond; the second place winner will receive a $50 bond; the third place winner will earn a $25 bond.

Two runners-up will each receive a Crazy Dog gift box containing an assortment of goodies for their dog, with a suggested retail value of $25.

Pictures can be submitted by mail or as e-mail attachments, to be postmarked or e-mailed by 11:59 pm on April 1, 2007.

Photos must be in color and should be between 3 inches by 4 inches and 5 inches by 7 inches in size if sent by mail, or in jpg format if e-mailed. Mailed entries must show the entrant’s name, age, address and telephone number on the back of the photograph, along with the signature of a parent or guardian.

The mailing address is: Crazy Dog Costume Contest, 14030 Live Oak Ave., Baldwin Park, CA 91706. Mailed photos cannot be returned. E-mail entries can be sent via www.crazydog.com/dog-contest/costume1.htm. A parent or guardian’s name and e-mail address must be included on the submission.
