Delaware County, Pa., is going to the dogs. The county introduced its first park for pet dogs Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m. at Kent Park in Upper Darby. The Dog Park features a fenced area where owners can let their pets off the leash to run, play and socialize with other hounds and their owners, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Roman Dog Skeleton Is Donated
A Lincolnshire, England, nonprofit has had what could be a 2,000-year-old dog skeleton donated to one of its branches. A note with the bones said they were Roman, excavated from a 1st century A.D. pit at the Lawn in Lincoln in 1986. Archaeologists speculate the bones could be from a Whippet or a Greyhound, BBC News reports.
