When the editors of DogChannel announced this year’s Howl-o-Ween Costume Contest, we knew it’d be a hit (Who doesn’t love dogs in fun costumes?). But little did we know how talented and imaginative our faithful DC visitors could be.
From the more than 400 entries, your votes narrowed the field down to 10 of the most adorable costumed dogs – with the most creative owners. It was tough to decide after browsing through page after page of great entries, but we managed to come up with our top three picks.
