Inspections Ordered at Bloomingdale Animal Shelter in Illinois
A DuPage County judge has ordered weekly inspections of a controversial Bloomingdale animal shelter by a veterinarian and a state worker. DuPage Judge Ronald Sutter on Wednesday ordered Pet Rescue to allow a veterinarian from DuPage County Animal Control and a representative of the Illinois Department of Agriculture, which regulates animal shelters, to have access to the facility, the Chicago Tribune reports.
