I will be speaking at the state capitol in Feb. & work with the Am. Red Cross. It is sad that even with the passing of the Pet Disaster Relief Act bill these counties & states are still not prepared to take care & provide for these animal emergencies. I am going to be talking about this when I go in Feb. Hopefully I can make a difference. We HAVE to be organized & prepare!!
