A white cat resting on a pair of shoes won the second Picture Perfect Pet Contest launched by WEtv.com, and for this year’s competition, the women’s entertainment site is once again seeking snapshots of cats and dogs for a chance to win $5,000 cash.
The third contest challenges pet owners to prove that their pet is the “cutest” around. Photos are judged by visitors to the site on a 1-10 scale – 1 being “cute” and 10 being “picture perfect.”
The runner-up last year was a puppy sprawled on a green lawn. Winners are selected by a panel of WEtv pet experts, with the user ranking taken into consideration. Two runners-up will be chosen to receive a $2,500 cash prize each.
From now through Feb. 15, pet owners from around the country can upload images of their furry friends. Submissions will be posted on www.wetv.com where visitors can browse photos and cast votes.
Pets of all ages and types are welcome to enter.
