the puppy. Whats wrong with these people . Why get a puppy if you dont care. I cant believe a major would do something like what a heartless man he should of did it legal

That poor puppy!! And this mayor that shot the 2 dogs instead of putting them in a shelter?? This was sad to hear but at least they will do what they are allowed to punish them.

abought the puppy found froozen to a tree, how could somone forget thare dog outside, people need to take more responsibilty
