A dog primed solely to sniff out criminals' cash has been unveiled by police in the United Kingdom. Rocco, an 18-month-old Cocker Spaniel, will greet people off the local ferry, to sniff out money that may be proceeds of crime, BBC News (U.K.) reports.

Oregon Bill Aimed at ‘Puppy Mills’
The governor of Oregon has promised to sign a bill that attempts to control "puppy mills" by limiting the number of dogs breeders can have. Under the measure that passed the legislature Tuesday, breeders would be able to keep no more than 50 breeding dogs, United Press International reports.
