Dog owners are invited to attend Pet Supermarket’s first-ever Dog Fest at the Park in Oakland Park, Fla., on June 13. The event, which is scheduled to take place at Oakland Bark dog park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., aims to provide a fun outing for dogs and their owners.
“We anticipate a fun-filled day uniting your favorite four-legged family members and friends,” said Steve Feinberg, vice president of Pet Supermarket, which is headquartered in Sunrise, Fla.
A number of pet-product manufacturers are expected to be on hand offering free samples and product demonstrations. In addition, Dog Fest at the Park will feature a best dressed dog contest, a raffle and pet adoptions.
Money raised from vendor fees will go to Oakland Bark dog park, according to organizers.
