David and Victoria Beckham’s new Bulldog puppy, K9, is already leading the jet-set life.
The Bulldog, a gift from Victoria to David for Christmas, just jetted from London to Los Angeles aboard PetAir, the UK’s top-flight pet transportation company, the Daily Mail Online reports. The tab? A whopping $3,300.
The price tag includes K9’s ticket, a special carrier and food plus a preflight health check.
“In its very short life, David’s dog has already seen the kind of luxury it will enjoy,” an unnamed friend of the Beckhams told Daily Mail Online.
K9 had been staying with Beckham pal Gordon Ramsey before the dog’s move to Los Angeles.
“It’s been fed by the U.K.’s leading star chef and has now been [flown] in total comfort to L.A,” the Beckham friend added.
Victoria Beckman recently appeared as a guest judge on “American Idol.” David Beckham plays soccer for AC Milan in Italy. The couple has three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
