Robert Pattinson Names His True Love: His Dog
The actor says his Westie is his “only emotional connection of relevance.”

Robert Pattinson is devoted – to his dog.
The “Twilight” and “New Moon” actor, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the blockbuster films, tells Details magazine that “the only emotional connection of relevance is with my dog. My relationship with my dog, it’s ridiculous.”
The 23-year-old Brit, who owns a West Highland White Terrier named Patty, also tells Details that he often feels overwhelmed by his sudden global fame, claiming he can “barely remember the last two years” and feels “a responsibility to be fascinating” when talking to the media. He also swears he’s not dating “Twilight” and “New Moon” co-star Kristen Stewart – or anyone else, for that matter.
Pattinson’s next film is “Remember Me,” where he portrays a troubled New York college student who falls in love.
The “Twilight” series’ third installment, “Eclipse,” arrives in theaters in June.
