Holiday Donations to Fire and Rescue Departments
This holiday season, fire and rescue departments across the country will receive free pet oxygen mask kits to help pets recover from smoke inhalation suffered during home fires. To date, 26 emergency responders have been selected and others are being encouraged to apply for the remaining kits. The donation by Petplan pet insurance is the result of a national campaign with Wag’N Enterprises to raise awareness of pet fire safety, GoPetPlan.com reports.
