Photo courtesy Antiques RoadshowPart adventure, part history lesson, and part treasure hunt, 10-time Emmy Award-nominated “Antiques Roadshow” marks its 16th season with a themed episode highlighting our favorite furry friends!

The hour-long episode titled “Cats & Dogs” will include appraisals featuring felines and canines – in sculpture, on canvas, and taking many other forms including a Hush Puppy mascot, dog portraits and one “naughty cat” bronze. A Missouri Regiment Colt Pistol worth more than $22,000, sapphire and diamonds from Tiffany, and Dr. Seuss’s signature are just a few of the finds revealed in this episode.

“You’ll see fine and furry friends taking all shapes and sizes in CATS & DOGS, says Roadshow executive producer Marsha Bemko. Chock full of entertaining and exciting appraisals, you won’t want to miss these specials.”
