In preparation for the National Football Championship between the Oregon Ducks and the Ohio State Buckeyes, Jimmy Fallon called on the most reliable football analysts he could get to make a prediction on his show. Seven adorable Golden Retriever puppies, appropriately named: Brad Johnson, Kyle McAdams, Mary Kennedy, Ted Mooney, Roger Blain, Lisa Armstrong, Gary Frick Jr made their opinions known by eating out of the winning teams bowl.
The results are in.
For those of you who enjoy a play-by-play, here's what happened: The puppies were slow coming out of the gate and seemed shy to commit to a winner. Gary Frick stayed on the sidelines refusing to take part in the predictions. It seemed for a moment like Ohio State was a sure thing, but once the Ohio bowl was peed on, Oregon quickly took the lead.
Die hard fans may not let the puppies sway them when it comes to deciding who will win tonight's football game, but when it comes to puppies, I trust them on everything. Congratulations Oregon.
Do you think the puppies predicted the correct winner?
