Dogs will be treated to non-alcoholic “beer” and pretzels at this year’s annual Nuts for Mutts festival in Woodland Hills, Calif. The dog show and pet fair welcomes 3 Busy Dogs Inc., creators of Bowser Beer.
Bowser Beer is packaged in 12-ounce beer bottles that can be personalized with a picture of the customer’s dog. The beverage is free of hops and alcohol, making it safe for canine consumption.
As a snacking complement to its Bowser Beer, 3 Busy Dogs also will offer Spoiled Rotten Dog Treats, packaged in portable-sized bags and tied with a bow.
In its seventh year, the Nuts for Mutts show features a series of dog competitions before a panel of celebrity judges. Categories include “Fastest Mutt,” “Most Ear-resistible Ears,” and “Most Toy/Ball Crazy.”
Canine competitors can taste test the beer and treats at the event, slated for June 1 at the Shepard Stadium at Pierce College.
