Zoe, a 2-year-old Shiba Inu from New York City, was named Americas Least Obedient Dog in Habro Inc.s nationwide Scamps Search for Americas Least Obedient Dog contest.
The contest is named after Scamps: My Playful Pup, an interactive electronic pet that is part of the toymakers Furreal Friends toy line. Scamps can listen and respond to more than 20 voice commands and learn tricks.
The finals pitted Zoe against Milo, a one-year-old Saint Bernard-boxer mix from LaPorte, Ind., and Gigot, a three-year-old Jack Russel terrier from San Diego, Calif.
As the grand prize winner, Zoe and her owner, Katie Chatzopoulos, were awarded obedience lessons to become more like Scamps, and a $2,000 cash prize.
