Picassos Fair
When: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26
What: A new series of weekly festivals full of art, music, and food begins with a show in honor of the Chinese calendars Year of the Dog. You'll find all things canine at the festival, including customized art, doggie jewelry, and clothing. Picassos Fair will donate a portion of the proceeds from each event to Picassos Kids, a non-profit childrens organization.

The Pug Parade
When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25
What: During the 9th Annual Pug Parade, Pug dogs will prance through Adventure Park to compete for one of 10 honors, including Best Costume, Most Original, Celebrity Look-Alike, and Miss Congeniality. The parade is open to the public and free to spectators, but donations of bagged dog or cat food for local shelters are encouraged.

National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) 2006 Annual Conference and Small Business Forum
When: Friday, Feb. 24 Sunday, Feb. 26
